Your security is our top priority.

Fraud Alerts help protect you from potential fraud by immediately sending an email and text message when we detect suspicious activity on your debit and/or credit card. If there is not an email address or mobile phone number on file, an interactive digital phone call will be made.

How it Works

Email: When suspicious activity is detected, you ‘ll receive an interactive fraud alert email from no-reply@fraud.pscu.com. The email will contain our logo and a subject line of Crane Credit Union Fraud Alert. The email will ask you to click a green button if the transaction is authorized and a red button if it is not.

SMS Text: Along with the email, an SMS text will also be generated. The text message is free for cardholders and will say Crane CU Fraud Alert. The text is interactive and will ask you to reply Y (yes) or N (no).

Digital Phone Call: If you are unable to respond to the email or text message within 30 minutes, you will receive an interactive digital phone call. If the phone call is not answered, you will receive a digital voicemail, prompting you to call back at a specific phone number.

Stay Vigilant

Crane Credit Union will never initiate a phone call, email, or text message asking you for confidential information. Do not respond to any request for confidential information such as account numbers, passwords, or PIN and contact Crane CU immediately at 800-692-3274.

Protect Your Account

To take advantage of Automated Fraud Alerts, make sure your email and mobile number is on your Crane CU account. You can add it by visiting your closest Crane Credit Union location or calling us at 800-692-3274.
